Punjab Grill by Jiggs Kalra

Punjab Grill is an endeavor by Jiggs and Zorawar Kalra, and was first established in 2008 in India. In a short span has managed to establish their outlet in most of the major cities. First international venture opened at the Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

The menu at Punjab Grill comprises of food from metropolis like Lahore, Rawalpindi, Kabul, Amritsar, Multan and Patiala formed the urbanised melting pots for different cultures.

These cities have produced chefs who had over the generations mastered and perfected the art of cooking and roasting using the tandoor. The ‘tikkas’ & ‘kebab’ making techniques soon emerged as favorite snack in Northern India.
