Lunch Show: Indulge in a delectable 3-course Lunch line-up comprising Samsui ginger chicken paired with signature dim sum items or fried rice and a vegetable side dish. A marvellous day view awaits from our window seats.

Dinner Show: Only on board the GOURMETbus, enjoy a specially curated 5-course Indo-Chinese Dinner (no pork, no lard) that includes rice paper roll with honey chicken ham, summer vegetable salad and lemongrass grilled chicken served with mashed potato. End with a dessert dish of mango on glutinous rice with coconut milk. While dining, take in the city’s night-time panorama where iconic sites are lit up in their full glory.
