The Traveller DMC is led by an energetic and vibrant team of directors each with more than 30 years of experience.

Mr Low Eng Loo, Mrs Yvonne Low and Ms Grace Chong, the owners and directors of the company, are actively involved in the management of day to day operations. The company has consistently received “The Best Travel Agent “ award by Singapore Tatler, a leading luxury lifestyle magazine, from 2007 – 2021. These strong credentials are testament to our directors’ dedication to strong ownership of clients, and accountability to impeccable service at every event organised by The Traveller DMC.

Low Eng Loo

Managing Director
Eng Loo oversees all aspect of Finance, IT and Corporate Development. He has over 20 years of finance experience, having formerly headed loan, credit control, investment and treasury departments in a large publicly listed financial institution and 9 years of Travel Industry Experience. He completed his tertiary education in England, and obtained a Master of Science in System Analysis and Design and a Master in Business Administration.

Yvonne Low

Executive Director
Yvonne is in charge of Strategic Planning, Marketing Management, Customer Relationship Management and Organisation Learning & Development. She has 30 years of travel industry experience and held senior management positions in a number of countries. Her contribution to the team includes a wide knowledge of outbound travel, corporate ticketing, inbound travel and BTMICE. Mrs Low holds a Master of Management degree.

Grace Chong

Director / General Manager
Grace takes care of Market and Business Development, Services Marketing Management, Procurement and Operations. She has a wide and varied career, covering teaching, retail operations management and inbound travel management. She spent 20 years in a senior management position overseeing all aspects of Inbound Travel services.

MICE Division

(Meetings, Incentive, Conferences and Events) Our MICE Team take care of all our business partners’ needs involving site inspections, working our travel budgets, innovative programme creation locating venues and logistics planning. We are your obvious Choice partner when it comes to handling General Leisure, Business Travel, Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Events (BTMICE).

FIT Division

(Free Individual Travel)
Our FIT (Free Individual Travel) Team puts together customized packages for the specific needs of families, DINKS, yuppies, honeymooners, couples, golden agers, business travellers, premium travellers, and other focused segments; and we do it with a smile

Fleet, Customer, HR, Admin & Finance Divisions
